Creatign and
restoring backup images for MediaBox Compact Flash disks:
This document will explain how to create a backup
MediaBox Servers Compact Flash disks and how to restore them in case of
failures from Windows XP. Please read the pdf manual

MediaBox 1.x upgrades:
As of 02/01/2002 the MediaBox 1.x software versions are no longer
upgradeable. Future patches and packages are compatible only with Imedia 2.x
versions and higher. However a 2.x
CompactFlash software kit it is available.
Important note regarding Compact Flash
operation:
DO NOT REMOVE the compact flash while system is running. This can
cause permanent damage to the compact flash card and the MediaBox controller.
If the card needs to be removed for a card swap upgrade, please halt the
MediaBox and then remove the card.
