The MediaBox is a small network appliance that can be integrated
seamlessly into an existing broadband IP network. The MediaBox includes a
powerful embedded processor running a specialized Linux system "RealBox OS".
It is designed as a dedicated network appliance that operates 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.

Ituner has developed great features in the MediaBox that make it a hassle free
solution for all users. In case of a power hit, the MediaBox will restart encoding
and will remember the previous settings. If an encoder suddenly disconnects, the
watchdog feature will restart it within seconds. The Box will also allow you to
schedule your encoders to start encoding at any month, day, year and time. One
of the most unique features of the MediaBox is that it allows you to broadcast
three different streams simultaneously in Real, MP3, and QuickTime, with the ability
to archive your broadcasts for on-demand use.

High quality audio and video inputs are provided ensuring the best possible encoding. The MediaBox is equipped with Yamaha audio circuitry and can also include one or more Rockwell BT878-based video capture cards, the de facto industry standard in A/V capture devices.

interface, set IP address, set encoding parameters, and start broadcasting.
