Creating Custom Templates

Do not attempt do modify or create new templates if you are not familiar with Unix and HTML forms.

In  /home/httd/cgi-bin/*  you will find a file called ‘commands.conf’

Edit this file and create a new command:

name=G2Audio+VideoEncoder

command=/usr/local/rprod/bin/realproducer.nobody -l 7:$line$ -n 2:$video_in$ -t

$target_audience$ -w $emphasis$ -a $audio_quality$ -y $encode_audio$ -v $video_quality$ -e $image_size$ -z $encode_video$ -f $sure_stream$ -s $Server$:$port$/$file_name$ -u $user$ -p $password$ -k $mobile_play$ -r $selective_record$ -b "$Title$" -h "$Author$" -c "$Copyright$"

<table border="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%" bgcolor="#FFCC66" cellpadding="4"

<td width="16%" bgcolor="#FFCC66" height="25"><b><font face="Arial" size="2">Emphasis</font></b></td>

 <td width="16%" bgcolor="#FFCC66" height="25"><font face="Arial" size="2"><select size="1" name="emphasis">

        <option value="0">Emphasize Audio</option>

        <option value="1" selected>Emphasize Video</option>

      </select></font></td>

"name" is the name of the new command.

"command" is the name of the new command.

All arguments are passed to the command and the substitution is done in the following manner:

-w $emphasis$

The $emphasis$ field will be substituted from this html code (ignore the table info) :

<td width="16%" bgcolor="#FFCC66" height="25"><font face="Arial" size="2"><select size="1" name="emphasis">

        <option value="0">Emphasize Audio</option>

<option value="1" selected>Emphasize Video</option></select></font></td>

This is a simple, yet powerful substitution system. Feel free to edit templates. If you would like to show us a new template that you have created, you can email us at support@ituner.com. Enjoy!
